Top Issues

Education Parents should have the ultimate say in their children’s education, not bureaucrats or activists pushing political agendas. I will support policies that protect parental rights, and ensure transparency in schools, so that every child has access to a quality education. I will work to remove harmful curriculums that seek to divide rather than educate. Every child deserves a solid foundation in reading, writing, math, and history not political indoctrination. I fully support public education and believe it's one of the most critical investments we can make in Oklahoma’s future. Taxes / Budget This transition won’t happen overnight, but with responsible budgeting and strategic economic policies, we can reduce reliance on these taxes while maintaining essential services. Lowering and eventually eliminating these taxes will empower individuals, grow local economies, and keep Oklahoma competitive. Now is the time for bold action to secure a stronger economic future. Taxes / Budget Phasing out Oklahoma’s state income tax and lowering our excessive property taxs will keep more money in the hands of hardworking families, attract businesses, and fuel economic growth. Guns The right to bear arms is a fundamental freedom that protects all of our other rights. Law-abiding citizens should never have to worry about government overreach when it comes to defending themselves, their families, and their property. When it comes to firearms, many of our laws are restrictive to law-abiding citizens and have little effect on those who would use a firearm for criminal activity. I am a big advocate for education on responsible gun ownership and heavier penalties for those who use guns in an illegal manner. Economy I believe in pro-business policies that create opportunities for Oklahomans to succeed. Lowering taxes and reducing unnecessary government spending will allow families and entrepreneurs to keep more of what they earn and reinvest in their businesses and communities. I will fight to remove bureaucratic red tape that stifles economic growth and job creation. A strong economy benefits everyone, and I will always support policies that attract new businesses, empower small business owners, and ensure Oklahoma remains a top destination for economic development. Criminal Justice / Public Safety I stand for programs that help our law enforcement officers better handle or be removed from mental health crisis situation. To often our law enforcement officials are called in to deal with these situations that they are not properly equipped to handle. A strong defense—both at home and abroad—is critical to maintaining peace and security. We must prioritize law and order in our communities and never allow criminals to have the upper hand. Economy We need to ensure that incentives are clearly defined, accessible, and streamlined so they truly reach the entrepreneurs they are designed to help. That being said, big business also plays a vital role in our state’s economy. We need competitive incentives for both large and small businesses, but just like any responsible budget, we must ensure that funds are allocated appropriately and serve their intended purpose. Smart, strategic incentives will help foster long-term economic growth, ensuring that both small and large businesses can thrive in Oklahoma. Abortion / Contraception As a Christian, I am a firm believer that every life is created by God. I will work to protect the unborn. Oklahoma should continue leading the nation in pro-life legislation, ensuring that the most vulnerable among us are defended. Additionally, I believe in the importance of traditional family values and policies that strengthen the foundation of our communities. Environment / Energy Oklahoma is rich in natural resources, and we must ensure that our energy policies support growth rather than restrict it. I will not support harsh environmental policies that hurt jobs and make it harder for Oklahoma to develop its own energy industry. Our oil, gas, and coal industries provide thousands of jobs and contribute significantly to our economy. New forms of energy such as wind and solar are also important. We need an all-of-the-above energy approach that encourages innovation new technology for all types of energy while keeping prices low for consumers. Energy independence is vital for our nation and I will work to keep Oklahoma a leader in energy production. Education We need to raise teacher pay, reduce classroom sizes, and ensure our schools have the resources they need to actually educate, not just survive. A strong public education system with more local control builds a strong workforce, stronger families, and a stronger economy. If we want Oklahoma to be a leader, we’ve got to stop settling for last place. Criminal Justice / Public Safety I stand with our first responders, police officers, and military members. I believe that they deserve our full support. I will stand with law enforcement and ensure they have the resources and protection they need to keep our communities safe, including collective bargaining rights. I oppose any efforts to defund or weaken our police forces and will support policies that increase crime prevention, public safety, and emergency response. Immigration That means working with law enforcement to remove criminals who enter illegally and working to reform our immigration system so that those who would want to enter our country legally may do so without the burden of excessive bureaucracy and astronomical cost. We are a nation of laws, and those laws must be enforced but must also be fair. By securing our border and restoring integrity to our immigration system, we can protect our communities and put an end to policies that reward lawlessness. Education Childcare isn’t just a family issue; it’s an economic one. By cutting red tape and implementing common-sense reforms, we can make childcare more accessible, increase our state's workforce, and help Oklahoma's economy thrive. Immigration Our immigration system needs reform. The federal government has made naturalization a long and costly process while simultaneously handing out benefits to those who cross illegally. This strains public resources, threatens national security, and undercuts our laws and our community. Oklahoma must do its part to push back against illegal immigration while simulations working to reform immigration laws.
