Criminal Justice / Public Safety I will support community-based violence prevention programs, push for improved response protocols, enhance safety around public transit, and ensure our law enforcement is trained, equipped, and accountable to the communities they serve. Healthcare I will fight to expand mobile health clinics, fund community health workers, and bring more mental health services into neighborhoods so families can get care close to home. Economy District 26 is filled with talent, from the service workers at National Harbor to young people preparing for their futures in Fort Washington and Accokeek. But too many residents still face barriers to stable employment. Whether you are entering the workforce, reentering after incarceration, or seeking a second chance, you deserve access to opportunity. Education I will fight to hire more school counselors and support staff, expand after-school programs, improve safe-passage routes, and fully fund public education so every student can thrive. Infrastructure / Transportation I will support small business grants, advocate for local hiring in major developments, and champion mixed-income housing near transit hubs to help residents grow and stay rooted in their communities.
