Criminal Justice / Public Safety As your next senator, Jill will sponsor legislation to tighten penalties and to hold judges accountable by tightening sentencing guidelines. Guns Jill believes in firmly upholding the Second Amendment. Healthcare Jill is committed to safeguarding individual rights and personal liberty. Jill believes in limited government and respect for the autonomy of individuals to make their own choices in matters such as healthcare, education, and personal finances. Healthcare Jill supports innovation and the removal of barriers for new healthcare providers to ensure that patients have as many options as possible to receive the best care. We must improve access to addiction and mental health treatment to provide for the most vulnerable in our community, including our seniors and veterans.
