Criminal Justice / Public Safety I am committed to fighting the illegal drug epidemic in our community, especially after the recent tragic opioid overdose deaths in the Lewis-Clark Valley. Criminal Justice / Public Safety I support initiatives such as work crews to teach responsibility and a structured release process that connects individuals with local services, which is critical for long-term safety. Criminal Justice / Public Safety As Sheriff, I will lead efforts in enforcement, prevention, and education, including partnering with the restructured Quad-Cities Drug Task Force to re-engage the community in this fight. Together, we can take a strong stance against illegal drugs, protect our families, address related crimes and mental health issues, and keep our streets safe.
