Education Students deserve safe, respectful learning environments. Discipline must be consistent, fair, and designed to protect the learning of all students. Education Students Come First — Always Every policy and program should be guided by what best serves students academically, socially, and emotionally—using proven strategies and current research to strengthen outcomes. Education The new center must align its programs with real regional workforce needs and create clear pathways to high-demand careers. Education Teachers deserve respect and competitive compensation. Cabell County must support meaningful pay efforts and advocate for statewide teacher salary improvements. Education Teachers must be empowered to teach effectively without excessive interference, unnecessary paperwork, or constantly shifting initiatives.
