Eligibility Requirements
A candidate for county court must be a resident and qualified elector of the county at the time of the election or selection. They must be under the age of 72 at the time their name is submitted to the Governor and must have graduated from high school or have attained the equivalent of a high school education.

Filing fee: 0. A candidate must submit an application via e-mail to the 6th Judicial District Nominating Commission prior to the deadline listed for the vacancy.
