Eligibility Requirements
A candidate must be a qualified elector and be a resident of that county at the time of the election or selection. They must be licensed to practice law in Colorado for at least five years; and under the age of 72 at the time his or her name is submitted to the Governor for appointment.

Filing fee: 0. A candidate must submit an application via e-mail to the 20th Judicial District Nominating Commission prior to the deadline listed for the vacancy.
