The Lieutenant Governor is the second-highest ranking official of the state executive office. The Lieutenant Governor is the first successor to the Governor and the presiding officer of the State Senate, only voting to break a tie.
Must be at least 30 years old, be a citizen of the United States, and have been a resident of the state for at least two years prior to election
Filing Requirements
Signature requirement is 1500 per congressional district (major party); signature requirement is 1000 per congressional district (minor party/unaffiliated)
