State Appellate Court judges are responsible for hearing cases on appeal from lower courts to determine if the law was interpreted and/or applied correctly. Judges in this position are seeking to retain their current seat.
A candidate must be a qualified elector of the state of Colorado, licensed to practice law in Colorado for at least five years, and under the age of 72 at the time his or her name is submitted to the Governor for appointment.
