Eligibility Requirements
A candidate must be a qualified elector of the state of Colorado, licensed to practice law in Colorado for at least five years, and under the age of 72 at the time his or her name is submitted to the Governor for appointment.

Filing fee: 0. A candidate must submit an application via e-mail to the Supreme Court Nominating Commission prior to the deadline listed for the vacancy.
