Must be an elector not less than thirty years of age who has resided in the state for the preceding seven years. Must have been a member of the bar of Florida for the preceding five years.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee is for partisan candidates: 6% of the annual salary for the position; Independent candidates 4% of the annual salary for the position) or; signature requirement of 1% of registered voters in the district
