The County Legislative Fiscal Authority Board is responsible for evaluating the county government's expenditure and tax policy. Typically, the council does not have the ability to set policy, but rather provides advice to the government and public on the economic effects of government budgets and policy proposals.
Registered voter and resident of county for at least 1 year, resident of the district for 6 months, not convicted of a felony

Declaration of candidacy (Republicans and Democrats), certification of candidacy (Libertarians), petition of nomination and written consent (minor party and independent candidates), declaration of intent to run as a write-in candidate (write-in candidates), statement of economic interest
