Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must reside in the county in which they are running, be a registered voter, and be at least 21 years old.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee is 1% of office salary; in lieu of filing fee, signature requirement is 5% of registered voter of same political party in the district in which the office is elected, no fewer than 200 signatures.
