Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be at least thirty five years old, have been in the actual practice of law for at least six years preceding that person’s assumption of office, have been a state resident for at least three years, and reside in the district for which elected or appointed.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee is 0; Signature requirement is 2% of the total votes cast for all of the party's candidates within the district for governor at the last preceding primary election at which the party's candidate for governor was nominated.
