Individual commissioners have no power to act independently - all formal and official actions must be taken by the board of county commissioners acting as a body by majority or unanimous vote.

Filing Requirements
$80 fee, 50 signatures (major party candidates), 25 signatures (minor party candidates). 25 signatures or fewer (independent candidates, will be 5% of number of votes cast in county for last general election for governor or 25, whichever is smaller)
