Filing Requirements
Petition signature requirement: 500 signatures or 2% of the number of votes cast for president by members of the candidate's party and signatures must be obtained from at least seven counties and be comprised of electors from 5% of the precincts in each of those counties (major party candidate); 250 signatures (independant candidate). $50 filing fee in lieu of petition.
