Eligibility Requirements
Must be a US Citizen, have resided in Benton County for at least 1 year immediately preceding the election and remain a resident during term of office; must be a registered Benton county voter and remain one for the term of office, must be at least 21 years of age
Filing Requirements
$50 or the lesser of either 500 signatures or 1% of the number of votes cast in the district for governor at the last election at which the Governor was elected to a full term.
