Candidate must be a qualified elector of county of residence and a member of the state bar; mandatory retirement age of 75.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee-$100 OR The lesser of either (a) 1,000 signatures or (b) 1% of the number of votes cast for Governor in Oregon at the most recent election in which a candidate for Governor was elected to a full term.The signatures must include those of at least 100 electors registered in each of Oregon’s federal congressional districts.
