Eligibility Requirements
Must be electors of the Town of Tiverton. No members of Boards or Commissions shall be elected officials or employees of the town
Filing Requirements
File Declaration of Candidacy between June 25 and June 27, 2018 and Nomination Form with signatures of registered voters of the district determined by city/township (usually at least 50). *Some party positions may be endorsed by party and not need to file. Any candidate for public office, political action committee or political party committee must adhere to Rhode Island's campaign finance laws (R.I.G.L. 17-25).
