Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be a registered voter in the county, meet the standards and requirements for law enforcement in Utah, be qualified for certification as a law enforcement officer, and be a resident of the county for at least 1 year.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee is $50 + 1/8 of 1% of the full term salary of the position; signature requirement is 0.
