Eligibility Requirements

A candidate shall be registered to vote in the town he or she is seeking office at or before the time of filing the petition.

Filing Requirements

No Filing Fee. Petition Signature requirement: 30 valid signatures of voters of the municipality or one percent of the legal voters of the municipality, whichever is less.
